Delete your Tiggie Kids account
This page explains how to permanently delete your account and the data held with it, how long that takes, and what happens to the records we cannot delete straight away. It covers the app on both Google Play and the App Store.
The app this page applies to
- App name
- Tiggie Kids: Child Development
- Android package name
- com.tiggiekids.parent
- iOS bundle ID
- com.tiggiekids.parent
- Developer
- Tiggie Kids
- Company
- Tiggie Kids Pte Ltd
- Registered address
- 11 Princep Link, Singapore 187949

Delete your account from the app
- Open the Tiggie Kids app and go to the Profile screen.
- Tap Delete Account. You can tell us why you are leaving if you want to — that is optional.
- We send a confirmation email to the address on your account and sign you out of the app.
- Open that email and follow the confirmation link. If the link has expired or is no longer valid, start again from step 1 and we will send a new one.
- Your account is then scheduled for deletion in 30 days. Everything listed below is removed permanently once that window closes.
If you cannot sign in
If you have lost access to the app or cannot sign in, email support@tiggiekids.com with the subject Account deletion request, and send it from the email address registered to the account.
We reply within 48 hours to confirm the request, then put the account through the same 30-day deletion described above.
You can also reach our Data Protection Officer directly at privacy@tiggiekids.com, the route named in our Privacy Policy for access, correction and deletion requests.
Changed your mind?
You have 30 days to stop the deletion. Sign in and open the Profile screen — the row that used to read Delete Account now reads Cancel Deletion. Tap it and your account is restored with all of your data intact.
What is deleted
When the 30-day window closes, the following are permanently removed:
- Your account and sign-in details — your name, email address, password, country, time zone, language preference and any account credit balance.
- Child profiles you created — each child’s name, date of birth, gender, profile photo and questionnaire answers.
- Milestone progress for those children — recommended milestones, levels reached, every recorded attempt and the notes against them.
- Videos and photos uploaded against those milestone attempts, including generated thumbnails.
- Your Tiggie Chat conversations and their history.
- Circle of Support messages you posted, and your own membership of any circle of support.
- Messages you sent to a specialist through the app.
- In-app notifications and reminders addressed to you.
- Your subscription record and credit transaction history as held by Tiggie.
Child profiles and your circle of support
Deleting your account also deletes the child profiles you created, together with the milestone progress, recordings and chat history attached to them. This affects everyone in that child’s circle of support, not only you — other members lose access to that child’s record. Their own Tiggie accounts are not affected and are not deleted.
What is kept, and for how long
A small number of records outlive the account, either because we are required to keep them or because they are held by another company on our behalf:
- Payment and transaction records. Purchase and billing records are retained for up to 90 days, with the link to your account removed, for legal compliance and auditing.
- Error logs and crash reports. When the app or our servers hit an error, our error-monitoring provider records diagnostic details so we can fix it. These are retained indefinitely, and can include the email address and IP address of the account signed in at the time.
- Aggregated analytics. Usage statistics that are aggregated and carry no personal identifiers are retained indefinitely to improve the app. They cannot be traced back to you or your child.
- Records held by the app stores and payment providers. Purchases made through Google Play, the App Store or our payment processor are also held by those companies under their own terms, and deleting your Tiggie account does not remove them. Cancel any active subscription through the store you bought it from.
